POLICY ON THE PROCESSING, STORAGE, AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA
I. SECTION
PURPOSE AND FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES
The purpose of this Policy is to reflect the principles related to the processing, storage, and destruction of personal data by İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. and to announce the principles that will be observed within the scope of the obligations they have under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
1- DEFINITIONS:
Explicit Consent: The freely given consent based on information regarding a specific issue.
Anonymization: Rendering personal data incapable of being associated with an identifiable person, even when matched with other data.
President: The President of the Personal Data Protection Authority.
Company: The company in which İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. has direct or indirect partnership.
İŞLEMGRUP: İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş., registered with Istanbul Trade Registry Office with registration number 47593792196, operating at Sultan Selim Mah, Lalegül Sok, No:10/A Floor:6 Office:72 Kağıthane / Istanbul / Turkey.
Data Subject: The real person whose personal data is processed.
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable real person.
Processing of Personal Data: Any operation performed on personal data, such as collection, recording, storage, preservation, alteration, reorganization, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, making available, classification, or prevention of the use thereof, through wholly or partly automated means or non-automated means which form part of a data filing system.
Destruction of Personal Data: The process of rendering personal data held by İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. irrecoverable and inaccessible in a way that cannot be reversed.
Board: The Personal Data Protection Board established under the Law No. 6698.
Authority: The Personal Data Protection Authority, a public legal entity with administrative and financial autonomy, headquartered in Ankara.
KVKK: Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Data Processor: The real or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller upon its authorization.
Data Recording System: The recording system in which personal data is processed by structuring according to certain criteria.
Data Protection Committee: The committee responsible for implementing this Policy on the Processing and Storage of Personal Data and the KVKK within İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş., whose members are determined by the decision of İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş.
Data Controller: The real or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
2- FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. will process Personal Data in accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation.
İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. will observe the following principles when processing personal data in accordance with Article 4:
2.1. Compliance with the law and good faith
İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. will process Personal Data in accordance with the law, the rule of good faith, and the principle of fairness.
2.2. Accuracy and being up to date when necessary
İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. will process Personal Data accurately and will update its records in accordance with any changes in Personal Data. For this purpose, İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. will establish the necessary organization to actively respond to update requests.
2.3. Processing for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes
İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. will process Personal Data for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes determined in advance.
2.4. Being relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed
İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. will process Personal Data in a manner that is relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed. In this context, İŞLEMGRUP REKLAM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. will adhere to the principle of proportionality and will not request Personal Data that it considers unrelated to or unnecessary for the purpose of processing.
